Sidebar Organizer

This plugin modifies the Obsidian ribbon (the icon strip at the side of the window), not the sidebar itself. Thanks to ksdavidc for the terminology reminder in #1. 本插件修改的是 Obsidian 的 ribbon（窗口侧边的图标条），而非侧边栏本身。感谢 ksdavidc 在 issue #1 中的术语提醒。

An Obsidian plugin that organizes sidebar icons into grouped hover menus - declutter your sidebar by grouping plugin icons with hover-to-expand functionality.

Features

Supported on both desktop and mobile (tablet layout).

Usage

1. Open Settings → Sidebar Organizer
2. Click "Create Group" to create a new group
3. Select the sidebar icons you want to merge
4. Set a name and optional custom icon for the group
5. Hover over the merged icon to see the function menu

Installation

From Obsidian Community Plugins (Recommended)

1. Open Settings → Community plugins
2. Disable "Restricted mode"
3. Click "Browse" and search for "Sidebar Organizer"
4. Click "Install" and then "Enable"

Manual Installation

1. Download main.js, styles.css, and manifest.json from Releases
2. Create a folder named sidebar-organizer in your vault's .obsidian/plugins/ directory
3. Copy the downloaded files into that folder
4. Restart Obsidian and enable the plugin in Settings → Community plugins

安装

从 Obsidian 社区插件安装（推荐）

手动安装

1. 从 Releases 下载 main.js、styles.css 和 manifest.json
