Installation

  1. Open the Obsidian app.
  2. Go to the settings (the gear icon in the left sidebar).
  3. Click on "Third-party plugins" in the settings menu.
  4. Click the "Browse" button, then search for "Cubox" in the plugin search bar.
  5. Find the "Cubox Plugin for Obsidian" in the search results, and click the "Install" button.
  6. After the installation is complete, make sure to enable the plugin by toggling the switch on the plugin list.

Usage

  1. After installing and enabling the plugin, a new "Share to Cubox" option will be available in the editor context menu (right-click menu).
  2. Click "Share to Cubox" to share the current note to your Cubox account.
  3. If you haven't configured your Cubox API key yet, you'll be prompted to enter it in the plugin settings.
  4. In the plugin settings, you can also configure default tags and a default folder for new memos.
  5. Support text content only, no more than 3000 words.

Configuration

To configure the plugin settings, go to the "Cubox Plugin for Obsidian" settings tab in Obsidian's settings:

  • API Key: Enter your Cubox API key, need to be enabled in Cubox settings/extensions ( 中国 | International ). This is required to use the plugin.
  • Default Tags: Enter default tags for new memos, separated by commas (e.g., "tag1, tag2, tag3"). If left empty, no tags will be added.
  • Default Folder: Enter the default folder for new memos. If left empty, no folder will be assigned.
