Youglish Plugin

This is plugin uses youglish widget ¹. Use YouTube to improve your pronunciation. With more than 50M tracks, YouGlish gives you fast, unbiased answers about how words is spoken by real people and in context.

Install

• If you have previous versions of plugin - remove them
• You need Obsidian v0.9.12+
• Get Latest release
• Extract files and place them to your vault's plugins folder: <vault>/.obsidian/plugins/
• Reload Obsidian
• If prompted about Safe Mode, you can disable safe mode and enable the plugin. Otherwise head to Settings, third-party plugins, make sure safe mode is off and enable the plugin from there.

How to use

• Select the phrase you want to look for, and click on youglish plugin icon.

1: Widget.js widget has been modifed to export YG variable, and to declare two varaibles: W_ACTION and P_ACTION that were not declared.
