Sora

A dark theme for Obsidian. Ethereal cyan, cool silver, deep OLED blacks.

Part of the Sora colorscheme family.

Install

From community themes

Settings → Appearance → Themes → Browse, then search for Sora.

Manual

Create a folder for the theme in your vault and drop the two files in it:

Then Settings → Appearance → Themes → Sora.

This repository is generated

theme.css and manifest.json are not written here. They are rendered from a single palette file in Aejkatappaja/sora and pushed on every release, so an edit made in this repository is overwritten by the next one without a word.

A colour change belongs in lua/sora/palette.lua, where the same value also reaches Neovim, the terminals, Zed and every other surface Sora ships to. The generator lives in lua/sora/extras/obsidian.lua, and a test there fails if a committed file differs from a fresh render.
